For couples who've sourced their venue and vendors, and planned their wedding, but want expert handling of the day’s details. This service is akin to the commonly known actual day coordination.

About 3 months before your special day, we’ll meet to review your wedding plans, finalise details, and create a detailed schedule for the day, including organising rehearsals. Our wedding day management includes basic planning to ensure everything has been considered on your behalf. Engagement period commences upon the confirmation of our services.

Partial Planning

You have a vision, a list of preferred vendors in mind, and your venue booked, but you’re unsure how to bring it all together—or simply want someone to handle the heavy lifting. We usually require a minimum of 5 months prep time.

You'll benefit from our expertise and we'll work closely with you to ensure that your vision for the big day becomes a reality. We'll help you navigate the complexities of wedding planning and saving you time.

Full Planning

You're looking for someone to help you plan the wedding from start to finish. Having us onboard since day one will ensure that every detail is taken care of without any worry from your end. Expect full suite services and seamless planning and coordination - from RSVP concierge service to logistical procurement & deliveries. Reach out to us, ideally at least 12 months before the wedding day.

Prewedding Photoshoot Planning

For couples who want a beautifully styled, stress-free shoot with expert support every step of the way. Whether you're dreaming of a romantic shoot in nature, a high-fashion editorial in the city, or something completely unique, this service is for couples who are looking for an experienced team to execute their prewedding concept. We introduce our white glove service for overseas shoot as well.
