Your day may involve many moving parts, ideas that need to be explored from scratch, or a vision that requires a more considered approach to bring to life.
Rather than beginning with templates or trends, we begin with you. We take the time to understand what matters to you, what you are drawn to, and how you want your day to look, feel and unfold. From there, we explore what is possible and shape the right approach to bring it all together.
Partial Planning
+ Wedding Styling
You have decided on your venue. We take over your wedding planning through to the coordination of your wedding day. Where styling or design-related work is required, we will also develop your wedding moodboard and styling direction to create a cohesive look.
We will meet to review your wedding plans, finalise the details, and craft your wedding programme. Everything will be considered, any gaps identified, and you will be guided through what still needs to be done. Your engagement with us begins upon confirmation of our services.
Wedding Management
+Planning Guidance
Venue and vendors have been secured. You want a professional team to guide you through the final stages of wedding planning before taking over the coordination and execution of your wedding. Upon engagement, we remain alongside you throughout your wedding planning. We guide you through key milestones, reviewing vendor arrangements and programme curation.
We will formally come in three months before your wedding. We connect with your vendors, review and align the details, identify any outstanding gaps, and build everything into a comprehensive wedding-day plan. On the day itself, we oversee the full execution so you can be fully present while we take care of the rest.
Month-of Coordination
You are organised, meticulous, and confident in managing your wedding planning from start to finish. You are comfortable keeping track of timelines, decisions and vendor arrangements independently, and will have the key details in place by the time we step in at five weeks before your wedding.
What you’re looking for is a team to take everything you have planned and take over the final coordination and execution. When your wedding day arrives, you will simply be present and enjoy it.
