With your wedding thoughtfully planned, our role is to bring everything together in the final stretch. This service is designed for couples who have secured their venue and vendors, and are ready for a professional team to take over the coordination and execution.
From the month leading up to your wedding, we step in to review, refine, and align all details. On the actual day, we oversee the full execution, allowing you to be fully present while we take care of the rest.
Basic Planning
For couples who've sourced their venue and vendors, but would like guidance throughout their wedding planning process. Our involvement is the expert guidance and programme planning during the wedding planning phase and the handling of the wedding day.
3 months before your special day, we’ll meet to review your wedding plans, finalise details, and create a detailed schedule for the day. Our wedding day coordination includes basic planning to ensure everything has been considered and the gaps are identified. Engagement period commences upon the confirmation of our services.
Bespoke Planning
Designed for couples who value a fully guided experience, our bespoke planning service is tailored to your unique needs and vision. Each scope is carefully curated, allowing us to provide a personalised approach from start to end.
With our team on board from day one, every detail will be thoughtfully managed. From RSVP concierge service, guest experience to logistical planning and seamless coordination.
We recommend engaging us ideally at least 8 months before your wedding day.
