How can a wedding planner or wedding coordinator help me?
Planning a wedding involves many moving parts. A planner helps you make sense of everything, guiding you through decisions, structuring timelines, and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
A coordinator will come into the picture when you want to be fully present on your wedding day. On the wedding day, you should not be managing people, timelines, or issues. Our role is to hold everything together so you can experience the day as it unfolds.

What are the differences between your services?
Bespoke / Destination Planning
Not your typical wedding. Aesthetically led, concept-driven, and deeply focused on the guest experience. We begin with understanding your vision, values, and aspirations, crafting every element of your celebration into one cohesive story.
Full Planning
A fully guided experience, with us leading every phase of the wedding journey. We take on the complexities of planning, such as venue site visits, vendor curation aligned with your vision, budget management, RSVP concierge, and logistical planning. This allows you to focus on the meaningful and enjoyable decisions, while we lead and ensure everything is aligned from start to finish.
Partial Planning
Your venue has been secured, and you are looking for planning guidance. We support you by refining key details, identifying gaps, recommending vendors based on your requirements and crafting your wedding day programme. Throughout, we remain available to advise and ensure everything is aligned. In the final month, we take over venue and vendor communications, allowing you to step back and focus on what matters to you.
Wedding Management
You have completed your planning and require support in the final stretch. We will formally come on board 3 months before your wedding. A consultation will be held to review all your venue and vendor agreements, align your details and ensure all gaps have been identified. From there, we will begin developing your wedding programme. A detailed run-through & handover will be held two months before your wedding to align all details. On the actual day, we manage the full execution from venue set-up and vendor coordination to the programme overall flow.
Month-of Coordination
You will be managing and planning all aspects of your wedding planning till the time we come in, five weeks before your wedding. Our first consultation will be held after the confirmation of our engagement - we will provide structured handover templates to aid you with your wedding planning. A detailed run-through will be held five weeks before your wedding to align on timelines, vendors, and key details. We will officially take over communications with your venue & vendors three weeks prior.
